Schedule: 2nd Shift (2:00pm to 10:30pm, with overtime as needed)

Key Responsibilities:


As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will…



  • Repair and maintain manufacturing, packaging, and material handling equipment with minimal supervision

  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and uptime

  • Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems to resolve issues efficiently

  • Support continuous improvement efforts, including root cause analysis and small equipment upgrade projects

  • Collaborate with production teams, vendors, and contractors while maintaining safety and compliance standards

  •  


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma with continuing education or certifications in industrial maintenance

  • 3–10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems

  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems (e.g., SAP)

  • Preferred: PLC experience (Allen Bradley / Siemens), welding, blueprint reading, or formal technical training


 


Additional Details:



  • Location: Conyers, GA (On-site manufacturing environment)

  • Reporting: Maintenance Supervisor and/or Plant Manager

  • Travel: Minimal
