Maintenance Mechanic (1st Shift) - Princeton, NJ

Daily repair of all chemical plant process equipment, including, but not limited to; process piping, air piping, nitrogen piping, process pumps, mechanical process monitoring components, air extraction systems, automated compounding machines, and sanitation equipment. Dependent on skills, either electrical or mechanical repairs of all plant process equipment and buildings as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor. This would include but not limited to solenoid valves, valve limit switches, electric or pneumatic actuated valves. Troubleshooting of equipment, as needed, to maintain and keep equipment in operation including rotating machinery pneumatic or electrical driven pumps and mixers. Assist other maintenance personnel as needed. Repair and rebuild of process equipment. This would include but not limited to Pneumatic diaphragm pumps, rotary pumps, gear pumps and centrifugal pumps. Manual valves (Butterfly & Ball), Pneumatic mixers. Vessel repair and wheel replacement. Ability to be on your feet upwards of 75-85% of a shift Ability to climb ladders and flights of stairs up to heights of 2nd to 3rd floor.
