Maintenance Mechanic - 2nd Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with health and safety policies
• Support ISO 9001 compliance by maintaining documentation and adhering to standards
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial equipment, machines, and tools
• Perform installation and fabrication work as required
• Maintain facility operations including building systems, wastewater management, and grounds upkeep
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules and update maintenance records
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and manufacturer documentation to repair equipment
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance environment
• Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting and repair techniques
• Ability to read and understand technical documents, blueprints, and manuals
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 processes and preventive maintenance programs is preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 annually (based on experience)
• Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, PTO, holidays, and 401(k)
• Scheduled 2nd Shift with the following options:
  • 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM (8-hour shift)
  • 11:45 AM – 9:00 PM (9-hour shift)
  • 12:45 PM – 10:45 PM (10-hour shift)
  • Scheduled Saturdays (when applicable): 12:15 PM – 8:45 PM
