Job Description - Maintenance Mechanic (Food)

Position: Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Reading, PA area

Qualifications:

Troubleshoot and Repair Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic equipment
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SQF, USDA, and OSHA requirements.
Perform Preventive Maintenance on Food production equipment
Update CMMS and maintain spare parts inventory.
Read and understand Blueprints, Drawings, Schematics, and OEM user manuals.
Welding and Fabrication experience: MIG, TIG, Stick
