The Maintenance Mechanic performs tasks to include minor repairs on electrical equipment, painting, plastering, carpentry, plumbing, or electrical power. Also performs maintenance, repair or replacement of broken parts/equipment as needed, and keeps all documentation current, legible and accurate.

• 501 Tester
• Safety Analyzer 170
• Boiler Start Up and Shut Down
• Chiller Start Up and Shut Down

Requirements

Education:

• Minimum high school education level is required.
• Trade/vocational school, completion of apprenticeship, or on-the-job training in maintenance field is a plus.

Experience:

· Specialty journeymen such as Electrician, Pipefitting, Boilermaker, etc. is a plus.
