Job Description - Maintenance Mechanic in The U.S.

Position Summary

Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools,

conveyor systems and production machines and equipment.

Essential Responsibilities/Duties

Basic Welding
Operate fork lifts, power tools
Fabrication
Perform equipment PM’s
Report problems accurately to appropriate people
Read blueprints, technical manuals and instructions to maintain and make repairs
Must follow lock out procedures

Requirements

Conversational English
Mexican, U.S. or Canadian Citizenship
Valid Passport
Bachelors degree on hand

Experience in mechanical maintenance is required, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Candidates should have hands-on mechanical experience and be comfortable working with industrial machinery and equipment.

Benefits

Work Schedule:

10:30 PM – 6:30 AM, Sunday night Thursday or Saturday night, depending on the assigned weekly schedule.

40–58 hours per week

Company-paid airfare from Mexico to the United States for the candidate.

Two months of free housing for the candidate.

Two months of free transportation for the candidate.

Five days of vacation per year.10 Days fot he second year, 15 days after completing 3 years

Health insurance is available after 90 days of employment. The company will cover up to $300 USD per month
