Maintenance - Paint Line (THIRD SHIFT)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Performs required paint line daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance tasks per prescribed intervals.  

• Paint booth cleaning
• Nozzle cleaning and changes
• Filter changes
• Tank cleaning
• Booth light cleaning
• Maintenance of main line chain and hooks
• General housekeeping associated with the paint line and surrounding areas.

2.    Troubleshoot and report any findings at the paint line to the maintenance manager.

3. Required to follow all PPE and safety rules and practices by Company and OSHA regulations. In addition, maintain a safe, clean and orderly hazardless work area.

4. Additional maintenance tasks as required by maintenance manager.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school graduate

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Use of basic hand tools
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to work unsupervised and complete tasks.
• Ability to work safely and to adhere to all Wayne Metals PPE and safety procedures.
• Ability to clearly communicate through written and verbal communications.
