Maintenance Planner

The Company is actively hiring a 3rd Shift Maintenance Planner for a Direct Hire opportunity with a top-tier food manufacturing facility in Springdale, OH. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and enforce all plant safety protocols and ensure optimal resource allocation
• Schedule and manage all preventative and predictive maintenance tasks
• Oversee shift operations and ensure full regulatory compliance and equipment reliability

• Provide hands-on support in troubleshooting and repairs

• Monitor performance using CMMS and report all maintenance activity

• Review key performance indicators (KPIs) and resolve shift-level issues

• Support and maintain Safe Quality Food (SQF) systems

• Conduct safety observations and maintain clean, hazard-free workspaces

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (Engineering or related field preferred)

• Maintenance Planning experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Lead or Supervisor

• Knowledge of controls, PLCs (programming a plus)

• Proven experience in the food manufacturing industry

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS software

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
