Maintenance / Repair Worker- Riviera

*This is a Work Experience (work-based learning) position available through Workforce Solutions Coastal Bend. All candidates will be considered after program eligibility is determined.

• Perform routine maintenance, such as building repairs and doing other building preventive maintenance actions.
• Adjust functional repairs or control instruments, using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, or straightedges.
• Repair structures, using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electronic testing devices.
• Order parts, supplies, or equipment from catalogs or suppliers.
• Additional work may be required.
