Job Description - Maintenance Rover

Description

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an Roving Maintenance Technician to support multiple communities across Louisville, Clarksville, and New Albany. This role is ideal for a hands-on, adaptable technician who enjoys variety and problem-solving across properties. We offer $22 - $25.00/hour, $750 quarterly bonuses, full benefits, tool reimbursement, and two weeks of paid time off.

Essential Job Duties and/or oversight Responsibilities:

Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
Exterior structural maintenance as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

1+years' experience in general maintenance or carpentry
Dry walling experience including painting
Basic knowledge of electrical, and plumbing
Have good verbal and written communication
Problem solving skills
Be able to provide great customer service to our residents

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
