Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling maintenance services to new and existing clients. 

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction

- Identify potential clients and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients

- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients

- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure client needs are met

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
