Maintenance Secondary Crusher

Montana Resources, LLC is seeking a Secondary Maintenance Technician with a strong mechanical and welding background to join our team.  This position inspects, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains secondary crushing and conveying equipment, pumps, piping, gearboxes, compressors, and hydraulic systems.

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain secondary equipment, including crushers, conveyors, pumps, piping systems, gearboxes, compressors, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities according to schedules.
• Diagnose mechanical failures and determine appropriate corrective actions.
• Install, align, and maintain bearings, shafts, couplings, motors, and drive systems.
• Perform welding, cutting, fabrication, and rigging activities as required.
• Participate in shutdowns, rebuilds, and major maintenance projects.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions, equipment defects, and operational concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong mechanical and welding background

• Have a valid driver's license 

• Ability to complete work tasks under various adverse weather conditions. 

• Ability to be self-directed, team-oriented and work with minimum supervision required. 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations. 

• Ability to work callouts and weekends. 

   

  This is primarily a day-shift position, but the candidate must have the ability to work callouts and weekends as needed.
