To perform maintenance operations for exterior and interior facilities; including electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, heating, cooling, structural ground care, parking areas and other maintenance work necessary to maintain the property in an optimum and efficient condition to ensure the safety and comfort of the guests and staff. 

Specific Job Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to walk/stand a total of 8 hours in a day.

· Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs. 

· Must be able to carry 35-50 lbs. up to a distance of 200 ft.

· Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, climb, reach above shoulder level, kneel, grasp, push and pull.
