Maintenance Staff

Position Summary: Assists the Building and Grounds Director and team with the maintenance of ACC building(s), vehicles, equipment, mechanical systems, etc., and supports building projects as needed.

II. Experience and Knowledge Required:

• Agree to ACC doctrinal distinctive and vision as found in our What We Believe/Vision statement

• Fulfill the character qualifications of a deacon as taught in the Scriptures

• Be highly motivated, energetic, and possess a strong work ethic/initiative skills

• Possess good communication and administrative skills

• Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment

III. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in weekly meetings and special events as needed

• Assist with weekend recovery to ensure the sanctuary and building are reset for the upcoming week

• Assist with event and special meeting set-up and teardown

• Ensure that the sanctuary and other building areas are correctly prepped for the next upcoming event

• Perform daily maintenance of the building and maintain a clean environment

• Assist service clean up volunteers to ensure service flow, chair alignment, and other cleaning responsibilities

• Overall support for ACC ministries, pastors, staff and/or events to include shopping, errands, set-up,

teardown and other support as needed

• Work as a team with ACC staff, always being edifying to one another
