Maintenance Superintendent

As the Maintenance Superintendent you will lead site maintenance activities and teams across Intrepid Wendover, UT operations. This role provides direction for mechanical maintenance, preventative and predictive maintenance programs, equipment reliability, safety performance, budgeting, resource planning, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with operations, planning, engineering, production, field, pond, and loadout teams to ensure work is planned, prioritized, completed safely, and aligned with operational goals.

How You Will Create Value

• Lead and coach maintenance employees to deliver safe, reliable performance.
• Oversee daily maintenance, mobile equipment, rolling stock, and plant needs.
• Coordinate weekly plans with maintenance, operations, and support teams.
• Improve preventative and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Manage maintenance metrics, budgets, labor, materials, and costs.
• Drive process improvements that support operational excellence.

What You Will Need to Be Successful in the Role

• Deep experience in preventative/predictive maintenance and managing maintenance programs.  This is typically gained by 10+ years of experience.  
• Experience building and developing maintenance or mobile equipment teams.  We need a LEADER and TEAM DEVELOPER.
• Strong safety focus and our commitment to “Zero Harm”.
• Strong organization, communication, and cross-functional skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in industrial conditions.
