Maintenance Supervisor

Sunridge Management Group, LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be HVAC certified and hold a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification. This role involves overseeing the maintenance team, managing facility operations, and ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance staff to ensure the timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and implement preventive maintenance measures.
Oversee HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.
Manage pool operations, including water quality testing, chemical adjustments, and equipment maintenance, in accordance with CPO standards.
Schedule and oversee repairs, maintenance, and renovations as needed.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment usage.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and safety procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance concerns and improve facility operations.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
HVAC certification required.
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required.
Proven experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and pool maintenance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Availability for on-call duties as needed.
