Job Summary:

Grand Villa of Deland is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our beautiful facility located in Deland, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, as well as experience managing a team.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of the facility, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems

- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the facility is in top condition

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure maintenance work does not disrupt resident activities

- Respond to maintenance emergencies as needed, including after hours and on weekends

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role

- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems (preferred)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
