Maintenance Supervisor

• Reports to: Property Manager
• Compensation: $25 per hour

• Dependable attendance is essential; you are a key representative of Banyan Living and our property owners.
• Reliable transportation to and from work is mandatory.
• Must arrive on time and be ready to lead your team effectively each day.
• A positive and constructive attitude is required!
• Flexibility in working hours is necessary, especially during busy maintenance seasons.
• 3+ years of lead maintenance experience is preferred.
• All candidates will undergo a background check, with employment dependent on the results.
• All staff members must comply with the Employee Handbook and the Policies & Procedures.
