Maintenance Supervisor

Job Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Job Summary:

This individual will be responsible for all maintenance aspects of the communities operations and will work closely with the Property Manager.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Oversees the day-to-day maintenance operations


• Supervise the Maintenance Technicians and Floaters on each


• Conducts monthly safety meetings and inspections in accordance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Must be 18 years of age or older


• Able to supervise and lead a team


• 1-year experience in the industry - Required


• Able to lift, push or pull a minimum of 50 pounds individually, regularly


• Able to properly operate tools, machines and equipment


• Proficient knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and painting


• Valid driver license


• English language proficiency


• Great customer service


• Proficient understanding of Microsoft Suites


• Knowledge of environmental/industrial hazards as they apply to residential housing
