HireNow Staffing is partnering with a leading U.S.-based manufacturer seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who's ready to roll up their sleeves and take charge of mission-critical equipment performance. If you thrive in hands-on environments and have strong technical expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting industrial automation, this role offers the chance to make an immediate impact without the responsibility of managing a large team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Take ownership of maintenance operations for a 45,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility
• Troubleshoot and repair complex systems, including robotic welders, lasers, and hydraulic presses
• Perform and document preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks
• Serve as the go-to technical expert for all production-related machinery issues
• Read and interpret technical schematics, equipment manuals, and wiring diagrams
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production and engineering teams to optimize uptime
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and internal safety standards
• Maintain accurate records in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Support machine upgrades, part replacements, and process improvements

What You Bring

At least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with supervisory or senior technician duties
Deep hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems
Proficiency using CMMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite
OSHA-certified (or willing to renew upon hire)
Skilled at interpreting blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
U.S. citizenship or permanent residency

Nice to Have

Experience working with legacy and modern manufacturing systems
Background in managing parts inventory or equipment upgrades
Bachelor's degree in engineering or industrial maintenance (or equivalent experience)
