Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven leader to transform our maintenance function from reactive repair to a structured, reliability-focused operation. This role requires both leadership and technical credibility—you will work alongside the team while establishing systems, driving accountability, and building a culture of preventive and predictive maintenance. Success in this role requires a shift from day-to-day troubleshooting to planning, execution discipline, and long-term reliability improvement. This role is not focused on reactive firefighting—it is focused on building structure, discipline, and long-term reliability. Key Responsibilities Maintenance & Reliability
Lead and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Ensure equipment reliability across CNC, manual, and facility systems
Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment failures
CMMS & Data Management
Own and maintain eMaint (CMMS) for work orders, scheduling, and reporting
Track key metrics such as PM compliance, downtime, MTBF, and MTTR
Use data to drive maintenance decisions and improvements
Team Leadership
Supervise and develop maintenance technicians
Establish clear expectations and accountability
Support hands-on work while leading execution
Planning & Scheduling
Develop and manage weekly maintenance schedules
Coordinate with production to minimize disruption
Shift the team from reactive to planned maintenance
Continuous Improvement
Lead 6S and equipment reliability initiatives
Reduce waste tied to downtime, inefficiencies, and repeat failures
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Qualifications
7+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
Experience with CMMS systems (eMaint preferred)
Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
Preferred
CNC, PLC, VFD, or controls experience
TPM, Lean, or Six Sigma experience
Industry certifications (CMRP, TPM, etc.)
