Under the direction Maintenance super-intendant, the Maintenance Supervisor plans, directs and coordinates all activities relating to maintenance operations across all shifts. Supervises and trains skilled and unskilled staff in the maintenance department. Schedules work and assign duties to ensure installation, repair and maintenance of company facilities, manufacturing equipment and fixtures are carried out in a timely manner and required paperwork is completed. The Maintenance Supervisor is expected to inspire and lead their teams by setting the example and driving the 5 C’s (Care, Commit, Connect, Communicate, & Celebrate)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work performed in a manufacturing plant environment. Exposed to varying temperature within plant depending upon external weather conditions. Occasionally works in high precarious places (e.g. roofs, scissor lifts) and in outside weather conditions. Continuously operates hand, power and shop tools. Continuously grips/grasps, pushes/pulls, bends/stoops, crouches, crawls/kneels and stands. Frequently climbs, reaches above shoulder level, stands, and lifts and carries over twenty–five (25) lbs. Ability to work long hours and on weekends as needed.
