Maintenance Supervisor

Position: Maintenance Supervisor — 1st and 2nd Shifts

Location: Denison, Iowa (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | Permanent

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians across plant operations

- Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs

- Train and coach employees on safety and maintenance best practices

- Coordinate maintenance schedules with Production teams

- Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement long-term solutions

- Track KPIs, equipment reliability, and maintenance performance metrics

- Maintain USDA compliance and maintenance documentation

- Foster employee development and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience

- Leadership experience with coaching, mentoring, or supervision of

maintenance staff

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance programs and TPM

(Total Productive Maintenance)

- Microsoft Office proficiency

- Excellent communication and planning skills

Strong Assets:

- Ammonia refrigeration experience

- Boiler systems experience

- PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) experience

- Electrical systems experience
