5+ years in an EAF steel production facility
2+ years experience leading maintenance teams
Experience in melt sho
Proven ability to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong leadership skills and able to hold teams accountable and develop talent
