Job Description Our client in Latrobe is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join the team

Duties:

:

- Lead troubleshooting efforts, conduct maintenance repairs, and implement preventive maintenance procedures for all equipment and facilities.

- Oversee and manage daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance tasks for production equipment and building facilities.

- Collaborate closely with various departments to optimize production operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality while minimizing downtime.

- Regularly inspect and assess the safe and efficient operation of all machinery, robots, and auxiliary equipment in production.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to install new or specialized equipment, automation systems, and robots.

- Execute equipment repairs and maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities.

- Demonstrate proactive initiative in identifying and addressing potential problems promptly.

- Manage inventory of spare equipment and promptly notify Maintenance Manager when replacements are required.

- Possess a solid understanding of basic hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical principles, including the ability to interpret relevant technical prints.

- Ensure compliance with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic safety standards set by O.S.H.A. and other regulatory bodies.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workshop and work areas in accordance with company policies.

Manufacturing/Maintenance

Enviorment

- Proficiency in interpreting electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings and specifications, including experience with PLCs.

- Demonstrated capability in handling live and low/high voltage electrical systems while adhering to OSHA and NFPA 70 standards.

- Technical acumen with a focus on mechanical aptitude, encompassing knowledge of residential and industrial electricity (including 3
-phase and low voltage/controls), familiarity with PLC operations, and foundational skills in carpentry and plumbing.

- Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work performance.
