Location:  Martinsburg, WVA / New Plant Opening /  Schedule:  4 - 10's, Sunday through Wednesday, 12:30PM to 11:00PM   /  $38.43 Hourly with Signing Bonus and Excellent Benefits.

We are currently seeking a strong Multi-crafted Maintenance Supervisor with electrical troubleshooting/mechanical experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment. This position is in our new Martinsburg, West Virginia plant opening in October of 2025.

Wednesday through Saturday, 12:30PM to 11:00PM, Schedule is set and does not rotate. 

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees and participates in the repairs and maintenance of production equipment, troubleshoots equipment failures, and performs routine and emergency maintenance. In addition, he or she helps install new equipment.

The Ideal Maintenance Supervisor Candidate Has:

• At least five years of experience working in an industrial environment.


• A minimum of 3 years as a Supervisor.


• Troubleshooting ability in the mechanical and electrical control field to include PLCs, inverter drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, bearing, chains, and belting, conveying systems, valves, basic blueprint reading, and mechanical troubleshooting.


• Master function and settings of PLCs, I/O and other logic control devices


• Command of control circuitry and mechanical devices


• Able to quickly determine faults, make timely corrections and return equipment to production.


• Is a team leader who can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.


• Is physically able to perform the duties of the job (move heavy equipment/machinery, climb ladders, perform repetitive motions, walk/stand, etc.)


• Has as strong communication skills


• Is willing to work a flexible schedule which includes weekends and holidays.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise all maintenance processes and operations.


• Maintain all machinery to ensure it's at optimal working standards.


• Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.


• Supervise all repair and installation activities.


• Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.


• Maintain preventative maintenance logs and report on daily activities.


• Assist in overseeing parts inventory, restock program, and place orders for new supplies.


• Maintain relationships with contractors and service providers.


• Reports directly to Plant Maintenance Manager.
