Maintenance Supervisor - Rapid Progression

We are actively seeking a DIRECT HIRE Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in El Dorado Hills, CA. This is a leadership role with strong growth potential and visibility across the business. Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday 6pm-6am

Salary: $66,560-$75,000 DOE

What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Supervisor? You’ll be:

•        Providing direction and mechanical support to all production mechanics

•        Monitoring work in progress to ensure a constant production workflow and timely equipment repairs

•        Maintaining parts inventory and ordering necessary parts

•        Monitoring and improving machine efficiency • Coaching, counseling, motivating, and developing technicians

•        Verifying administrative work is accurate and following departmental procedures

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

•        Have an Associate’s Degree or Technical/Trade School education

•        Have 5+ years of experience and proven proficiency in the operation and repair of production equipment

•        Have electrical and electronics repair experience

•        Have knowledge and experience with reporting tools and Microsoft Office

•        Have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a high volume production environment
