Job Title: Maintenance Support
Reports To: Information System Coordinator
FLSA Status: Nonexempt
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
SUMMARY: Assists in maintaining facilities by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Be punctual and in attendance at work as scheduled
Pick up and deliver donations to The Arc of Madison
Deliver supplies to all centers
Help with maintenance issues at centers (i.e., changing light bulbs, filters, emergency light batteries, pest control, assembly furniture, small plumbing issues, etc.)
Help with maintenance issues at group homes. Small repairs and assemble of furniture
Help with ensuring every center and home can pass annual group home/center Fire & Safety inspections
Repair and paint small drywall issues
Help with unloading supplies from vendors’ trucks
Help restocking supply shelves
Help with pulling supply orders for group homes and centers
Help with purchase order paperwork and ordering
Help with coordinating service repairs for outside maintenance/repair contractors
Help Fleet Support with vehicle maintenance pick up/drop off

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: There are no supervisory responsibilities assigned to this position.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED
