Maintenance Systems Coordinator Responsibilities:
Assist with maintenance inventory management, ordering parts, scheduling PMs, entering PMs, completing PMs, and organizational tasks.
Set up and maintain stock levels for repair/maintenance parts, including descriptions, pricing, stock, and location for all repair parts.
Receive parts and assist with the offloading of delivery vehicles.
Receive all parts ordered into the computer system and match all the paperwork against the purchase order.
Contact vendors as needed to obtain price quotas, follow up on parts orders and set up service requests.
Perform inventory cycle counts regularly and create reports as requested for Plant Management, analyzing parts usage, total costs, and noting relevant trends in the data.
Pick up specific parts and items when needed immediately to avoid downtime.
Improve and maintain parts inventory Master Data in CMMS.
Train and coach maintenance team members on CMMS usage, scheduling processes, and storeroom procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
Maintenance Systems Coordinator Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Active Driver's license
Previous CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) experience or similar database systems
1+years experience in administrative role with a strong emphasis on ordering parts and/or inventory management
1+years experience in CMMS entry and management
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Physical Requirements:
Typing, sitting, walking, frequent lifting (up to 50lbs), bending, twisting, climbing, and frequent standing.
Work Environment:
Primarily in a food manufacturing setting and office setting.
