Eaton\u2019s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Maintenance Team Lead - 2nd shift. The core hours are 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm. This candidate will also be responsible for delegating daily responsibilities, coordinating contractors, logging and tracking maintenance reports, and overseeing general operations across the shop floor. \n \n\n * Ability to assist with vendor/contractor management processes \n * Troubleshoots and repairs malfunctioning machines, equipment, and small tools/parts.\n * Performs preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure proper operation. Makes necessary adjustments or repairs.\n * Performs building maintenance, such as painting and carpentry. \n * Assists in maintaining in-house wastewater treatment facility.\n * Operates various industrial vehicles used in material/machine moving.\n * Assists in installation and relocation involving machines and equipment \n * Performs simple electrical maintenance activities\n * Maintains accurate and up-to-date maintenance records. \n * Maintains a clean and safe work area, adheres to all facility environmental, health \u0026 safety guidelines, encourages communication and participates with co-workers to further identify, reduce and eliminate potential hazards.\n * Trains new team members\n * Purchases replacement \u0026 preventative maintenance parts\n * Assists with Regulatory Compliance\n * Performs other related tasks and assignments, as necessary\n\n\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nRequired (Basic) Qualifications:\n\n * High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.\n * Minimum of five (5) years industrial/facilities maintenance experience and knowledge. \n * Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.\n * No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate area of facility (50 miles) will be considered for this position.\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Technical college certification in industrial/facilities maintenance.\n * Knowledge in PLC, circuitry and programing. \n * Military mechanical repair experience or equivalent.\n * Firm knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic and electromechanical systems.\n\n\n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n#IND123 \n \n\nWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
