Job Summary

This person will be responsible for assigning tasks to the various maintenance technicians and corresponding supervision of said tasks to ensure that repairs/maintenance are completed to Couples standard and best practice.

The incumbent is required to perform inspections of hotel facilities and equipment to ensure optimal functioning, this also includes, monitoring contractors performing services, assisting in identifying health and safety hazards, preparing specifications, estimates, perform maintenance and repair work when required. and keeping accurate records.

 The ideal candidate must:

• Attained minimum NCVET Level 3 certification in Electrical/Instrumentation, AC/Refrigeration or Plant Management from a recognized institution


• Have a minimum of Two (2) years’ experience in same or a similar position


• Have sound understanding of handling and using electrical repair tools and equipment.


•  Be knowledgeable in all fields of repairs and maintenance of equipment (Boilers, Stoves, A/C units, Chillers, etc.)


• Possess excellent analytical and communication skills.


• Excellent time management skills.


• Be able to build and motivate a team.


• Be willing to work in challenging situations, flexible hours and any day of the week.


• Be computer literate
