Location: Madisonville, LA

Schedule: 40 HOURS + | Monday - Friday | 1st and 2nd Shifts Available

Overtime Available with Occasional Weekends as needed

What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be a key part of our maintenance team, ensuring food safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues in equipment.

• Repair or replace faulty components, such as motors, bearings, sensors, and belts.

• Ensure that all areas of the facility are kept in good condition to support production needs.

• Staying informed on product specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.

• Keeping a clean and sanitary work area at all times.

• Communicating effectively with team members and management.

What You Bring

• Maintenance Technician experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Physical capability to stand for 10 hours, lift 50 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel, and work in fast-paced conditions.

• Dependable and flexible to work overtime and occasional weekends.

• Must pass a drug screen.
