The position is full-time (Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm) with competitive pay and excellent benefits.

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of all exterior buildings and outside common ground areas. 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Inspect inside and outside Common Property daily. 
2. Pressure wash Outdoor, Indoor pool decks as scheduled.
3. Pressure wash exterior of common area facilities (Clubhouse,      Tennis Pavilion, Guardhouse, etc.) on a quarterly basis or as needed. 
4. Treat common ground areas for mildew, weeds, and insects.      (i.e. sidewalks, and buildings)
5. Report and make minor repairs to fitness equipment. 
6. Report and Minor repairs to appliances. 
7. Repaint and repair outside walls, parking lot lines, and      building doors and trim as needed.
8. Able to use a ladder or lift safely up to 30 feet.
9. Inspect daily and replace light bulbs as needed in/on all      buildings.
10. Drive maintenance carts on premises safely and slowly.
11. Upkeep and maintenance of all recreation facilities such as tennis      and pickleball courts, nets, windscreens and associated equipment. Also responsible for the upkeep of shuffleboard,      bocce equipment and pool/jacuzzi and fountain facilities. 
12. Perform minor plumbing or electrical repairs as needed.
13. Repair or replace furnishings and equipment.
14. Repair and maintain equipment.
15. Repair and maintain doors, windows and walls.
16. Repair and maintain signage. 
17. Receive and welcome all residents and guest to the community by      providing excellent customer service.
18. Assist in other tasks or projects as requested by management,      designated Board Member or other employees.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor.  

Required Skills

• Basic Computer Skills
• Basic Plumbing Skills a plus
• Has a valid driver's license
