Maintenance Tech

Location: Monticello, Illinois

Shift: Day shift

 Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday On call and holiday rotation required 

Job Summary: Assists in the performance and documentation of duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment of the facility in good repair. Minor maintenance, repairs, and CMMS documentation system administration are the primary duties. Assists the Facilities Department with plumbing, electrical, HVAC maintenance, landscaping, and grounds. Schedules preventative and demand maintenance in CMMS program and monitors completion of documentation.

Regulatory Requirements:

• High School graduate or equivalent. 
• Valid State Driver's License 
• Any professional Licenses, not required but preferred (Freon, Electrical, Plumbing, ETC.) 
• Three to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
