                                    Manufacturing Maintenance Tech Need

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment.


• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and repair them promptly.


• Respond to equipment breakdowns and provide quick, effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  


• Collaborate with production supervisors and machine operators to ensure equipment efficiency.


• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  


• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.


• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems.


• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.


• Basic computer skills (e.g., CMMS, Microsoft Office).


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Hours:
Multiple Shifts Available - Must be able to work mandatory OT
