Maintenance Tech

Robinson Terrace Rehabilitation & Nursing is currently seeking a Maintenance Tech!

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will have previous experience with of plumbing, electrical, and/or mechanical systems and will play a key role in ensuring our facility is safe, efficient, and well-maintained.

Schedule

    Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    Availability for emergency call-ins is required

    
    
  
  
  
  

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems

  
  


• 
  

  Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues in a timely manner

  
  


• 
  

  Complete work orders and preventative maintenance as scheduled

  
  


• Various external maintenance (lawn care, snow removal, etc)


• 
  

  Assist with emergency repairs and ensure equipment is operating safely

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain tools, supplies, and equipment in good working condition

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Previous maintenance experience preferred (plumbing, electrical, mechanical)

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to respond to emergency issues as needed

  
  


• 
  

  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
