Maintenance Tech

Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Tech at Meadows on McCarty, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical appearance and functionality of our healthcare facility. This is a full-time, hourly position in the healthcare/medical industry located in Saginaw, Michigan. This role is an individual contributor position and reports to the Executive Director.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs for the facility including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building repairs
• Respond to and address maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the facility at all times
• Coordinate with outside contractors for major repairs and renovations
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
• Report any potential safety hazards or issues to the Maintenance Director
• Assist with snow removal and lawn care as needed

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous maintenance experience in a healthcare or medical facility preferred
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building repairs
• Experience with medical equipment maintenance preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor as needed
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Must be able to work flexible hours
