Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Tech to support production operations for a leading manufacturing client in Joplin. The Maintenance Tech will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure optimal uptime, safety, and productivity in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical processing equipment

· Perform regular inspections to prevent breakdowns and reduce downtime

· Support line startups and adjust equipment for peak performance

· Assist in developing and completing preventative maintenance schedules

· Promote a safe work environment and follow all company policies

· Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members

· Adapt to additional responsibilities as assigned

Required Experience & Skills

· High School Diploma or GED required (college coursework preferred)

· Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (chains, gears, bearings, etc.)

· Proven experience with electrical and mechanical processing equipment

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills

· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
