Maintenance Technician II – Electrical / PLC

Pay: $25–$31/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: AWS Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (12-Hour Shifts)
Full-Time | Overtime Available

We're looking for a Maintenance Technician II who can safely repair, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment while supporting a fast-paced production environment.

 Keep Production Running 

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment 
• Assist with diagnosing PLC-controlled equipment and electrical issues 
• Work with motors, VFDs, sensors, relays, and control components 
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and basic ladder logic 
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance 
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and help minimize downtime 
• Complete work orders and document repairs in the CMMS system 
• Assist with equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects 

What You Need

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience 
• Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical systems 
• Basic to intermediate PLC troubleshooting experience 
• Ability to read electrical schematics 
• Experience with motors, motor controls, VFDs, sensors, and automation equipment 
• Manufacturing or heavy industrial maintenance experience 
• Understanding of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and safe work practices 

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar PLC platforms 
• Experience working with HMIs 
• Familiarity with industrial controls and automation 
• Experience using a CMMS 
• Willingness to learn and grow your technical skills
