Maintenance Tech- Real Estate, Multi-site

🔧 Maintenance Technician | $25–$30/hr + Generous Benefits | On-Site – Bellevue, WA

We’re hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our growing portfolio of apartment communities in the Bellevue, WA area. This is an on-site, full-time position ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys working independently, traveling between properties (from Everett to Tukwila), and keeping things running smoothly.

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Travel between properties to complete work orders and routine maintenance


• Tackle repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, painting, and more


• Handle unit turns (make-readies), including deep cleaning and repairs


• Perform preventative maintenance on units and common areas


• Keep detailed records of work performed in AppFolio


• Communicate regularly with property managers and office staff


• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies

🔧 What You Bring:

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in residential or multifamily maintenance


• Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general construction


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (truck/SUV preferred – mileage reimbursed)


• Comfort using mobile work order systems (AppFolio experience a plus)


• Excellent time management, communication, and customer service skills

💲 Pay & Perks:

• $25–$30 per hour, based on experience


• Schedule is M-F 8am-5pm, although will be on-call one weekend a month and a few evenings
