Lactalis North America: inviting you to share with us your STORY, your PASSION, and your EXPERTISE. From your PASSION to ours This position is responsible for the general maintenance, repairs and improvements of equipment at String department. 
From your EXPERTISE to ours Key responsibilities for this position include: The ideal candidate will be proactive and dynamic, flexible and receptive to new ideas, down to earth and pragmatic, analytical driver and attentive to detail. He or she will also be capable of working independently in adherence to regulations, of managing stress and remaining calm under pressure. • Individual will be able to demonstrate advanced skill performance in at least three of the primary maintenance functions and intermediate skill performance in the remaining six primary maintenance functions.
• The maintenance primary functions are listed as follows: Electricity, Electronics/ PLC, Plumbing, Mechanical, Machine Shop/Millwright, Welding, Boilers, Refrigeration, and Pneumatics/Hydraulics.
• Will be required to know Mechanical, Electrical, PLC, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, and Plumbing primary functions.
• Individual will need a general knowledge of basic computer functions (i.e. Outlook, Maximo, Microsoft office, etc.)

Requirements

  From your STORY to ours  Qualified Qualified applicants will contribute the following: Education

• Associate’s Degree from a two year college or technical school

Experience

• 3+ years’ related experience in maintenance department

Specialized Knowledge

• Mechanical, electrical troubleshooting skills required
• Knowledge in packaging machine, make side machine.

• Ability to work well with others and possess strong personal qualities
• Strong communication abilities in both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Willing to work in a continuous improvement oriented company.
• Displays good math, technical and decision making skills
