Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance for our facilities located in Napa, Sonoma, Solano and Yolo counties.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and facilities. This role includes routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on various machinery and building systems, as well as troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues as they arise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• General Maintenance:
• Conducts regular inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Performs routine repairs and maintenance on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural components.
• Equipment Maintenance:
• Maintains and repairs machinery, including industrial saws and other power tools.
• Troubleshoots and resolves issues with equipment to minimize downtime.
• Welding and Fabrication:
• Performs welding tasks as necessary for repairs and modifications.
• Fabricates and repairs metal components as required.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Adheres to all safety protocols and ensures a safe working environment.
• Maintains accurate records of maintenance work performed.
• Other Duties:
• Assists with special projects as assigned by management.
• Collaborates with other team members to ensure efficient operation.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or related field preferred
• 3 years’ experience with maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting required.
• 3 years’ experience with welding techniques and electrical systems required.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Ability to work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings.
• May be exposed to hazardous materials and must follow safety protocols.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
• Willingness to drive to various locations
