Position: Maintenance Technician 

Location: East Cincinnati Association District – Cincinnati, OH
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with an on-call rotation
Competitive Pay: $20 - $24 per hour (based on experience), plus potential yearly bonus

 You Offer:

• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer/smartphone knowledge
• General maintenance knowledge: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, grounds care, pool maintenance, lighting, etc.
• Comfort working on ladders for roof repairs, siding, and gutter cleaning
• Prior maintenance experience and own basic hand tools
• Valid driver’s license with a reliable truck or van and auto-insurance. 
• Willingness to undergo drug and background checks

What You’ll Do:

• Service Multiple condominium buildings throughout East Cincinnati 
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks from service requests
• Keep the grounds and landscape in excellent condition
• Work on roofs, gutters, carpentry, clubhouse maintenance, and more
• Provide customer service to homeowners and Board of Directors
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver’s license with a reliable truck or van and auto-insurance.
