Position: Maintenance Technician 

Location: Four Season Marina, Cincinnati, OH
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00PM, with an on-call rotation
Competitive Pay: $21 - $25per hour (based on experience), plus potential yearly bonus

You Offer:

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, welding, groundskeeping, and pool maintenance. 
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently
• Comfortable working primarily outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to work around water and know how to swim
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered the position

What You’ll Do:

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including pool maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, welding, groundskeeping, and lighting
• Monitor and respond to fluctuating river levels using landscaping or snow removal equipment
• Maintain the marina, including litter removal, planting and watering landscaping, and operating the pump-out facility
• Install ramps using a backhoe and adjust dock winches during rising and falling water levels
• Complete work orders to ensure a clean and safe environment
• Respond to emergencies when on call or as needed

Requirements

• Prior maintenance experience and own basic hand tools.
• Basic knowledge of electricity and plumbing; welding experience is a plus. 
• Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle and auto-insurance.
• Willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered the position.
