Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Hourly Maintenance Technician to help keep our facilities running smoothly. This role involves a variety of maintenance tasks, from routine upkeep to troubleshooting and repairs. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Plumbing experience is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
• Conduct inspections and address needed repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions.
• Assist with landscaping and groundskeeping as needed.
• Respond to maintenance requests from staff and guests promptly.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role (hospitality or agricultural setting preferred).
• Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures; plumbing experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
