Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Plum, PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and renovating apartments to ensure the safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician include:

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.
• Perform repairs to occupied and unoccupied apartments including drywall, painting, door repair and small appliance repair
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance work and repairs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, drywall repair and HVAC systems.
• Must have drivers license, insurance and a reliable vehicle
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
