We are seeking an Entry Level Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn new skills and grow their career in the field of industrial maintenance. As an Entry Level Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment and machinery.
Requirements
Job Responsibilities and Requirements
Basic industrial electrical and mechanical knowledge.
Willing to learn and improve on mechanical and electrical skills for career growth.
Welding skills preferred or willingness to learn.
Perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
Repair and replace defective parts.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
Must be able to work overtime and be able to work at other Madison plants if needed.
Must be able to report to work if called for emergency work or shift coverage if needed.
Furnish own tools (Tool allowance after probationary period.)
Basic computer skills required.
Physical Requirements
Able to lift 50 lbs or more.
Comfortable with climbing and working at heights.
Able to work in dirty, hot, and cold conditions.
Benefits and Pay
Hourly pay plus incentives.
Please note, pay rate depends on experience and skills. Certifications, official training, and relevant experience may affect starting pay.
A full benefits package is available after 60 days of employment.
Work Schedule
2-2-3 Schedule, 12 hour shifts with overtime as needed. (Night Shift Positions Available)
