As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be at the heart of ensuring the properties we represent remain in top-notch condition. Requirements for Success:

• 2+ years of valuable experience in general maintenance
• Basic carpentry skills that showcase your craftsmanship
• A valid driver's license for at least 3 years with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Background check? No problem!
• Thriving in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment is your forte
• Keeping sensitive information confidential is second nature to you.
• Basic knowledge of residential plumbing & electrical systems.
• No heavy lifting? Not for you! You can handle 50+ pounds with ease.
• Tight spaces and extreme weather conditions? You're up for the challenge.

Additional Job Details:

• Drywall & finishing/texture experience a PLUS.
• Physical and mental demands? Check! You've got the hearing, speaking, and physical      stamina required.
• Tools and equipment? You'll be using basic tools and your trusty company smartphone.
• Work environment? From outside weather conditions to tight spaces, stairs and      ladders, you thrive in all situations.

Work Schedule:

Salary Range:

•  Your pay will reflect your experience and skills, determined by our Maintenance Manager. $20-$25/ hour

Requirements

Requirements:

Physical/Mental Demands: Hearing, speaking, seeing, walking, standing, sitting, driving, reaching bending climbing steps/ladders, and lifting 50-85+ pounds; reading, comprehension, legible writing skills and effective written and verbal communication in the English language.

Machines/Equipment: A valid, active NC driver license for a minimum of 3 years (clean MVR); the operation of basic tools and equipment; smart phone or similar electronic device.

Work Environment: Exposed to outside weather conditions, fast paced, physically strenuous; working in attics or crawl spaces; climbing flights of steps inside and out; maneuvering a vehicle in congested traffic.
