About us: The Belmont Health and Rehabilitation is a skilled nursing facility located in Columbus, Indiana.  The Belmont Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to become a part of our team where our primary goal is to provide exceptional care to our residents. 

About the Role: The Belmont Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to:

• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Handle basic repairs and maintenance.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and correcting them.
• Repair machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.

• Proven maintenance experience.
• Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
• Ability to check repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary.
• Experience performing routine maintenance.
• Strong organizational and follow up skills.
• Eye for detail.
• Professional presentation and attitude.
• Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
• Strong time management skills.
