Maintenance Technician

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
  
• Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  
• Fabricate and weld components as needed for repairs or improvements.
  
• Conduct residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic standards.
  
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate tasks effectively within the team.
  
• Manage work orders using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking and reporting purposes.
  
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
  
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime.
  

Experience

• 5 years of maintenance experience required.
  
• Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance roles.
  
• Strong electrical skills, including familiarity with logic controllers and troubleshooting techniques.
  
• Ability to fabricate parts or structures as required for maintenance tasks.
  
• Previous experience working with CMMS is a plus.
  
• Bilingual Preferred
  
• CPO Certified Preferred
